I usually don’t do reviews but I had to for this particular product. It’s been 2 months taking this supplement. I do get sharp shooting pain in my lower abdomen whenever I’m ovulating and also have serve period pain . But for the past two months I’ve not had any pain during ovulation just a bit of discomfort. I still do get period pain but it’s not as severe as it used to which I know it will go with time. I will highly recommend
